Key

The term “key” refers to the major or most important elements or factors, those that are critical to achieving your intended outcome. The Baldrige Criteria, for example, refer to key challenges, key plans, key processes, and key measuresthose that are most important to the organization’s success. They are the essential elements for pursuing or monitoring a desired outcome.
