Performance Levels (Performance Levels) - Results Scoring Evaluation Dimension Levels Definition: "Levels" refers to numerical information that places or positions an organization's results and performance on a meaningful measurement scale. Performance levels permit evaluation relative to past performance, projections, goals, and appropriate comparisons. Features: - Meaningful scale - Related to what the applicant described in the Organizational Profile and Process Items [Categories 1-6]. Questions to ask in analyzing levels: - Do the results provided address the Criteria requirements? - Is the performance level excellent? Good? Poor? - Are the axes and units meaningful? See also: Results refers to your organization's outputs and outcomes in achieving the requirements in Item 7.1, Item 7.2, Item 7.3, Item 7.4, Item 7.5, and Item 7.6. |
