Baldrige Glossary HD: Scorebook

Scorebook

The term “scorebook” refers to a collection of comments developed by Examiners for use by other Examiners, Judges, and Applicants.

Types of [scorebook] comments:

  • Strengths - describe the extent to which the applicant has met or exceeded the Criteria requirements.

  • Opportunities for Improvement (OFIs) - describe requirements that are not addressed (i.e., gaps) or that could be more effectively addressed through process or illustrated through results.
