Keselarasan (Alignment)

Istilah keselarasan berarti konsistensi rencana, proses, informasi, keputusan, sumber daya, tindakan, hasil dan analisis mendukung goal utama organisasi menyeluruh. Keselarasan efektif membutuhkan pemahaman bersama tujuan dan goal. Hal itu juga membutuhkan penggunaan ukuran dan informasi tambahan untuk perencanaan, penelusuran, analisis dan perbaikan pada tiga level: level organisasi, level proses utama dan level unit kerja.

Alignment

The term “alignment” refers to consistency of plans, processes, information, resource decisions, actions, results, and analysis to support key organization-wide goals. Effective alignment requires a common understanding of purposes and goals. It also requires the use of complementary measures and information for planning, tracking, analysis, and improvement at three levels: the organizational level, the key process level, and the work unit level.
