Paccar's Peterbilt, Kenworth and DAF Trucks have long symbolized the utmost in a quality reputation. It has been my pleasure to serve as the first Corporate Director of Quality at Paccar and to have introduced and implemented the Paccar Integrated Quality System (PIQS) as well as develop and launch the corporate supplier quality management department.
