Being a Baldrige Examiner is really about volunteering and no one has been a Baldrige Examiner longer than me. I have had the privilege of serving as an original member of the Baldrige Board of Examiners and as an original Judge and founding member for the WSQA (Washington State Quality Award). Above all, the award that below makes it all worth while.
