included in Baldrige assessment reports (e.g., individual-,
consensus-, and site visit-level reports and Applicant Feedback
reports) that describe [Criteria]
requirements that are not addressed (i.e., gaps) or that could be
more
effectively
addressed through
process
or illustrated through
results.
