Baldrige Assessment

Have your assessment done by someone who is truly experienced. Paul Steel (a current member of the Baldrige Board of Examiners) has done hundreds of Baldrige assessments worldwide and served five times as Senior Examiner and four times as Baldrige Site Visit Team Leader (See: Baldrige Award Recognition). He is the only person to serve as a Baldrige Senior Examiner in three different decades.

Typical assessment approaches include:

• Desk assessments using your written application

• Interview assessments which do not require a written application

• Onsite assessments including real-time validation (See photos of my work at some Baldrige winners)

While others assess you, hand you their feedback report, and then head to the airport, Paul never leaves without ensuring you understand all key findings and giving you actionable best practice management processes and instructions on how to effectively implement them for each high priority improvement opportunities identified.
