Baldrige Application Template: Organizational Performance Review and Alignment

The Baldrige Criteria focus your organization on total integration. The Organizational Performance Alignment Template delivers that integration. It allows you review all your key organizational performance metrics (Category 7) with your Strategic Objectives and Action Plans requirements, and with your key processes (Category 6) side-by-side. It is used by thousands of organizations worldwide and it is available free in health care, education, and business versions.

All information in the Organizational Performance Alignment Template is required by the Baldrige Criteria. This ensures you answer all the Criteria questions effectively but more importantly it identifies where you need to improve your integration to achieve excellent performance. You can also click on the blue integration hyperlinks in the table to view and update other related tables and performance results charts. The more integrated your Criteria responses are to other tables, results charts and processes, the higher your score will be. The Baldrige Application Templates do the hard part (the integration) for you automatically. Note: Integration links in [brackets] are to actual Criteria Items. All other links are to Criteria response model tables, processes, Best Practices, and results charts.
