The EasyApp 2009-2010 Baldrige Criteria Response Templates guide you and help ensure the complete and correct capture of much of the information needed to answer the Baldrige Criteria questions using integrated response templates. The templates include examples on how to fill them out and they are hyperlinked so that information you enter in one template is automatically accessible by other related templates. The templates extract the right information from your subject matter experts people and help ensure that it is appropriate so they do not waste their time on what they think should go in the application but which may often not be adding value. The penalty is severe for not getting the right information in the application - you won't get a valid assessment and you will have to rewrite the application.
