Baldrige "Sharing From Expert Symposium" with Paul Steel - Jakarta, Indonesia

I am grateful to the Minister BUMN and FEB BUMN for inviting me to lead and deliver the Asian Baldrige Sharing From Expert presentation which introduced the changes in the Baldrige Criteria to many of the applicants for the Indonesian Quality Award (IQA). Working with the applicants and training the national IQA Examiners for the past three years has been a great honor for me. I would especially like to thank Pak Agus Tato (Moderator in Baldrige Sharing From Expert photo above) who coordinated the conference and my visit and who is now. I would also like to congratulate him on becoming a Baldrige Foreign Examiner (see photos) who trained with me at the Baldrige National Quality Award Headquarters at NIST in May. He is a true source of Baldrige knowledge in Indonesia and a long-time friend and site visit teammate on several Indonesian site visits I conducted. Let me also add that I do not consider myself an expert but rather a student of what organizations do to become excellent.
