Baldrige Excellence for Public Sector Organizations

Paul is shown in April 2008 with key officials from the Malaysian Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Planning in a special seminar he conducted on how to go beyond assessment and achieve world-class excellence. This is the second time the Prime Minister's Planning Office (MAMPU) has used Paul's services in this regard. In the second photo below, he shown with the Minister of Planning and the entire Planning Office staff as part of a two-day session he conducted to help guide MAMPU in strategic planning and in its administration of the Prime Minister's Quality Award.
