Baldrige Mock Site Validation Visit With or Without a Written Application

A Baldrige Mock Site Visit provides the same quality as an actual Baldrige Site Visit. It can be done with or without writing a Baldrige Application.

A Baldrige Mock Site Validation Visit done with a written application allows you to bypass the paper assessment and proceed directly to a reality assessment. You get a complete and equally valid Baldrige Assessment in less time and at a much lower cost because you avoid the lengthy process of writing a application.

The Mock Site Visit is conducted using the same process used for actual Baldrige Site (Validation) Visits. This includes formal interviews with key management personnel and random "walk-around" interviews with all types and levels of employees. We've conducted nearly one hundred mock site visits including several for Baldrige winners and other international excellence awards winners. .

If you expect to receive a site visit from your State, the Baldrige Award, or your own organization, you can benefit from the Senior Examiner experience of a four-time Baldrige Site Visit team leader who also led more than one hundred internal site visits internationally. Equally important is the on-site experience gained from observing other site visit teams when they visited our clients.
