The Standard Baldrige Site (Validation) is conducted using the same process used by Baldrige National Quality Award. This includes formal interviews with key management personnel and random "walk-around" interviews with all types and levels of employees to verify the strengths and improvement opportunities identified. We've conducted nearly one hundred site visits including several for Baldrige winners and other international excellence awards winners.
If you expect to receive a site visit from your State, the Baldrige Award, or your own organization, you can benefit from the Senior Examiner experience of a four-time Baldrige Site Visit team leader who also led more than one hundred internal site visits internationally. Equally important is the on-site experience gained from observing other site visit teams when they visited our clients.
If you are not sure whether you will need to document your responses to the Criteria questions because you may later want to apply for the Baldrige Award or an internal award, the Mock Site Visit is still your best choice because we include our Baldrige Excellence Templates Software at no charge enabling you to capture all requires information and to print out the final draft of a Baldrige application including totally integrated text, tables, process descriptions, and results charts in the standard Baldrige 2-column format with the press of a button.
