Total Quality Inc has compiled thousands of performance metrics based on Baldrige research since 1988 for each version of the Criteria. There are approximately 1,000 performance comparison metrics for each Criteria type (e.g., Health Care, Education, Business, Government (Public Sector), and other Nonprofit). This research enables self-assessment versus metrics against those from high-performing organizations using the Baldrige Criteria including all award recipients/winners and other organizations scoring 600 or higher.
